                    Cancellation and Substitution Policy 

                    We understand plans can change. If you need to cancel, please notify us in writing at least 45 days before the event for a full credit toward a future EK Conference. Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis, minus a processing fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received within 30 days of the event. However, you may send a substitute from your organization at no additional cost by notifying us in writing no later than 72 hours before the event begins. In the unlikely event that EK Conference is cancelled, you will receive the option of a full refund or credit toward a future EK event.
